E-mail
The Yellowstone Association does not share your e-mail address with anyone.

If you would like to receive information through your e-mail from the Yellowstone Association about additional course offerings, special member events, or discounts on items in the Park Store, you have the option of telling us you would like to receive such materials through the online or printable forms where your e-mail address is requested. However, unless you tell us you’d like to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.

Some Yellowstone Association Institute courses require registration through our partner, Xanterra Parks and Resorts, Yellowstone National Park’s hotel and activity concessionaire. During the registration process, participants will be asked for contact information, including an e-mail address; however, participants have the option of declining when asked for an e-mail address during the registration process. Xanterra uses e-mail addresses to provide class participants with Yellowstone news, including information about upcoming courses similar to those for which the participant is registering. Xanterra may also, occasionally, use e-mail addresses for promotional purposes with partners other than the Yellowstone Association.

For instance, we will share your name and address with the instructor of your Institute course or with the mailing service that sends you your membership newsletter.
